Symptom:
Calls with no ani information are failing to be uploaded to the main uc node from the srsv node.

Conditions:
Scenario:
On CUCM disable remote party id and asserted identity and restrict calling line ID presentation as follow:
Go to Device -> select your Trunk -> uncheck "Remote-Party-Id" and "Asserted-Identity"
Go to Call routing -> Route/Hunt -> Route Pattern -> Set "Calling Line ID Presentation" as Restricted.

Send a voice message to a user A on branch.
Go to central -> Networking -> Branch Management -> Branches
Upload voicemails.
