Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Unable to installing the device packages from cisco.com using LMS Server due to HTTPs redirection issue Conditions: 1. Go to Admin > System > Software Center > Device Update 2. Select Product and Check For Updates 3. Select Cisco.com as Source Location and Click Next 4. Enter Cisco.com Credentials and Click Next 5. Getting the error message "Error while downloading package information from Cisco.com for the selected products. See the C:/PROGRA~2/CSCOpx/log/psu.log file for details." 6. psu.log error [ Fri Nov 21 11:18:21 PST 2014 ] INFO [DownloadManager : queryAllPkgs] : Going to collect download packages... [ Fri Nov 21 11:18:21 PST 2014 ] ERROR [CcoDownloadAdapter : getXmlFileList] : failed to connect to Cisco.com:RespCode=302, RespMsg=Found [ Fri Nov 21 11:18:21 PST 2014 ] ERROR [RemoteRepSync : downloadPsuHeadersAsXml] : VDSException thrown com.cisco.nm.xms.vds.VDSException: CcoDownloadAdapter::getXmlFileList():Exception:CcoDownloadAdapter::getXmlFileList():failed to connect to Cisco.com.
