Description (partial)

Inline browser player does not appear when the user clicks on the appropriate arrow. The space on the screen is made available for this player but it does not appear.

If you play a "Recent calls" recording using S&P and the player is left on the screen then you leave this page by clicking on the "Active calls" or bringing up new call via advance search, THEN go back to "Recent calls", the original recording in which you left the player on the screen will not function as expected. The above symptom will appear.
