Symptom:
A Cisco router may crash when upgrading the 12.0 protocol pack

Either of the following messages will be seen
%SYS-6-STACKLOW: Stack for process SSH Process running low, 0/12000
or
%SYS-2-INTSCHED: 'may_suspend' at level 0 , all interrupts disabled -Process= "SSH Process"

Conditions:
This crash is seen when the config change is made via an SSH session.
