Description (partial)

Symptom:
The TFTP read request dropped by TFTP Server and also mark the new request as duplicate connection. 

DPE Log Example:

%CPCP-TFTP-6-0456: Dropping duplicate connection from [/10.81.89.245:39581].

%CPCP-TFTP-4-0322: Dropped [80] requests in the last [33] seconds.

Conditions:
When there is any invalid/malformed TFTP read request received from device. This malformed/invalid read request might lead to IllegalStateException been thrown in DPE logs. And, the new connections will be dropped.
