Symptom:
In MP8.6 Hardware Requirements for Application Server documentation: http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Release_8.6_--_Hardware_Requirements#Application_Server_Requirements 
within the table with supported UCS servers list, we list the following versions as supported:
"Enterprise Plus VMware 4.X, Standard or Enterprise Plus VMware 5.0 edition, 5.0 update 1 and 5.1"

However, it is clearly stated in Virtual Machine Requirements on the same page, that 5.1 Update 1 is also supported version:

"VMware ESXi 5.0, 5.0 Update 1, 5.1 and 5.1 Update 1 supports both the VMware Standard license and the VMware Enterprise Plus Edition license for the Cisco UCS C240 M3, the Cisco UCS C220 M3, the Cisco UCS C210 M2, the Cisco UCS C200 M2, the Cisco UCS B200 M3, and the UCS B200 M2."

Also in the table:
"Standard or Enterprise Plus VMware 5.1 and 5.1 update 1"
