Description (partial)

Symptom:
An error is seen on the phone UI indicating that there is not enough memory to launch an application.

Conditions:
This error may be seen when the phone does not have enough free memory in its java virtual machine (jvm) to complete an IP Phone Service request or other operation.  This condition may clear automatically as the phone is able to recover memory.
