Description (partial)

While deleting Controller from PI, the server was hitting out of memory exceptions. This was causing server to stop. The was particularity happening during deletion, where PI will try to delete all the associated controller related traps.

Symptom:
During controller deletion, if controller in action has huge number of associated controller category traps, PI will load all of them into memory for deletion to cause this out of memory issue. PI server will stop on creating HPROF file. Not able to access PI server

Conditions:
Controller in action either has millions of associated traps or PI is restored with DB which meets this condition.
