Description (partial)

During compilation of very large ACLs in failover-pair, cpu usage of the standby unit keeps almost 100% by both processes of DATAPATH and tmach compile thread for hours when the standby unit receives many replicated new connections from active mate.

- ASA5585 SSP-20 or SSP-40 failover pair
- Active unit continuously processes 6,000+ new connections per second(cps), and replicate it to standby
- ASA has very large ACLs applied on a service-policy
- Full ACL compilation of standby unit is occurred (e.g. after reload)
