Description (partial)

Symptom:
Device proxy telnet command is opening the putty window in telnet mode instead of device prompt for credential

The wrong prompt is:
Using username "proxy".
Authenticating with public key "imported-openssh-key"
telnet>

Correct prompt:
Using username "proxy".
Authenticating with public key "imported-openssh-key"
Trying xx.xx.xx.xx...
Connected to xxxxx.cisco.com (xx.xx.xx.xx).
Escape character is '^]'.
Username:

Conditions:
1.	Configure Device proxy according to administrator guide.
2.	Model VNE
3.	From Network Vision right click on the VNE -> Device Proxy -> Telnet
4.	Write the telnet port (23)
5.	Putty window will appear in telnet mode instead of device prompt for credential
