Found in SIT.  Not released.

Symptom:
Service Dashboard is inaccessible after installing ECS-2.0-13-1 RegisterService COP.

Conditions:
Upgraded RegisterService to cisco.conductor-ECS-RegisterService-2.0-14-2373.cop.sgn
Upgraded LoadPIMSService to cisco.conductor-ECS-LoadPIMSService-2.0-14-2531.cop.sgn

Attempt to access the Service Dashboard is successfull.  The next day, it was inaccessible.

Uninstalled and re-installed the RegisterService UI Component,  The Dashboard is accessible, but very slow and some tabs show "No data available".
