Symptom:
AnyConnect client connection is disconnected when CAD 9.x software is installed/upgraded on the same machine. (With no active AnyConnect client connection, The CAD install/upgrade process forces the AnyConnect GUI to launch.

Conditions:
AnyConnect 3.1.05152 or 3.1.05182, CAD 9.0.2.2021, UCCX version 8.5.1.Su4 - 14.10.152.104
