Description (partial)

Symptom:
-  NAT hairpinning doesn't work for internal users when 1:1 NAT is configured
-  Access works for external hosts

Conditions:
-  One-to-one NAT configured for access to internal server
-  Internal users try to access the server using the public ip address (from a URL or FQDN that resolves to the public ip address)
-  External hosts are able to access the server with the public ip address, so only internal hosts are affected
