Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the 7861 go to "Settings -> Admin Settings -> Reset Settings" during an active call or remote in-use with a shared line the "Reset Settings" option is not displayed.

When no calls are active the "Reset Settings" option in "Settings -> Admin Settings" is displayed.

Also, the sequence to issue reset via telephone keypad **#** is not able to be issued during active call. The **#** reset command takes effect when call is cleared.
