Symptom: If a user tried to update an instance in a series, e.g. by adding an unbookable system, the conference would get downgraded to a reservation. The user would receive an "ACTION REQUIRED" e-mail and a decline from the system with details " The booking changed before your update was submitted. Ensure you have the latest version of the booking and try again." Conditions: The defect was probably introduced in 14.5 while the concept of defective conferences was introduced.
