Description (partial)

Symptom:
The DHCP process may crash on the Cisco ASR9000 platform.

Conditions:
With the binding in bound state, if the client tries to rebind the address without   \
setting ci-addr, when receiving ACK with different IP address than the already       \
bound IP address, the current BNG session is sent for disconnect and while reinit    \
fetching the profile from the interface fails as it is an ACK packet from the        \
server facing interface(which does not have any profile attached), hence the packet  \
is enqueued and freed. When the disconnect response is received from iedge,   
dequeuing and accessing the packet leads to this crash.
