Description (partial)

The DHCP process may crash on the Cisco ASR9000 platform.

With the binding in bound state, if the client tries to rebind the address without \
setting ci-addr, when receiving ACK with different IP address than the already \
bound IP address, the current BNG session is sent for disconnect and while reinit \
fetching the profile from the interface fails as it is an ACK packet from the \
server facing interface(which does not have any profile attached), hence the packet \
is enqueued and freed. When the disconnect response is received from iedge,
dequeuing and accessing the packet leads to this crash.
