Description (partial)

Service automation does not work for new tenants if there are no available management network IP addresses. The fault is displayed in the Faults tab in Resource Management (Resource Management > Managed Resources > root > Faults tab).

Symptom:
The automatic instantiation of service nodes does not occur when a tenant network is created, even though a valid service profile and service definition exist for the tenant.

Conditions:
This situation occurs when no Management network IP addresses are available.
