Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some of SIP packets going with wrong DSCP marking (using AF31) while CUCA setting for"Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) value for call signaling connections" is set as CS3 (binary 24). The SIP packets going with wrong DSCP marking are "100 Trying", "180 Ringing", "200 OK" etc.
