Description (partial)

With the GQI Based QAM list displayed, if you select one of the QAMs in the list (select the check box) then click the Edit button, instead of bringing up the edit screen for that QAM, the GQI Based QAM list is redisplayed.  This seems to happen after the UI has been sitting idle for a minute or two.  If you repeat this procedure a second time (select QAM check box, click Edit button), the QAM edit screen is displayed correctly.

This happened on a customer system with more than a dozen GQI based QAMs.  I was unable to recreate this on a lab system with only two GQI QAMs.
