Description (partial)

Symptom:
When large number of PVLAN ports are brought down simultaneously either through cli or OIR of line module,  or change of mode, sequence timeout errors occur and when the ports are brought back up traffic is not forwarded out of them.

Having more than 5 PVLAN ports (L2 trunk or PC) with any PVLAN mode other than "host"
