Symptom:
The Traceroute Command in MPLS

Above document has described how traceroute with ?mpls ip-ttl-propagate disable? works in mpls environment. Customer reports as well as our lab test has proved that traceroute from IOS device has behaved as expected, but traceroute originted from IOS-XR device would demonstrate unexpected behavior. This need BU to determine whether it's a bug or provide convincible explanation.

Conditions:
1. labelled traceroute (traceroute in mpls environment) with ?mpls ip-ttl-propagate disable? 
2. traceroute originated from IOS-XR device, or IOS-XR is access device to customer equipment on which traceroute being generated
