Description (partial)

Symptom:
After changing to 'default interface' and configured as trunk port, active vlans on vpc showing stale vlan list which were configured earlier as allowed vlan list on the trunk port. 
It is expected to display all the allowed vlan list in the system as active.

Conditions:
This issue is seen when users run `default interface` on an interface and configure again as trunk port.
