Description (partial)

Symptom:
ICON for Conference Participants "Avaya Audio Bridge" isn't included in the TMS Tandberg\TMS\wwwTMS\styles\default\icons directory. 

When those participants are involved in a TMS managed conference call the "tms-web.txt" logs fill up with the following error:
2014-11-10 07:48:17  No idle system icon found for type 9994:    (no.tandberg.tms.common.gui.SystemIcons.getIcon():244)
2014-11-10 07:48:17  No idle system icon found for type 9994    (no.tandberg.tms.common.gui.SystemIcons.getCallIcon():451)

At the time of the error, there was only (1) ongoing conference with (3) participants

There are icons for the Polycom HDX

Conditions:
When Avaya Audio Bridges are present in a confernece
