Cisco Bug: CSCur73215 - Increasing the timeout on content channel tear down

Last Modified

Nov 19, 2015

Products (1)

  • Cisco Telepresence Integrator C Series

Known Affected Releases

7.1.2 7.1.3 7.1.4

Description (partial)

If you are quick enough to swap the cables then it will work just fine but you have 5 seconds to do this before the content channel is thorn down. This is to also provide the "safety switch" for the next presenter so that he/her can decide when the content will be shared to the far end. The OnConnect feature is primarily for local presentations. And the reason why the presentation stays on when the call is ended is basically set to avoid complexity.

Presentation appears immediately after connection a PC to the codec. Presentation channel does not disconnect after a call that includes the local endpoint sharing content.

OnConnect feature on TC7.1.2 and TC7.1.4
