CTI Ports,CTI RoutePoints status is not changed to Unknown

We have a cluster where CTI route points and CTI ports were registered to Primary Call manager and one is registered to Backup CUCM. I stopped this CUCM service & made one another CUCM unreachable so that all CTI ports and route points will move to Unknown state.The same is updated in CUCM. After that I did publisher rediscovery with logical rediscovery enabled in DWC. Even after 15 minutes, I don't see this is changed in Opsview. It is still shown as in Backup-registered. Same result is seen in connected
