Description (partial)

Symptom:
IE proxy  setting changes , ip adresses change for all services like https,ftp,socks

original settings:
-------------------------
 http   1.1.1.1      8080
https  2.2.2.2     443
ftp      3.3.3..3    21

after anyconnect connects and diconnects IE proxy settings change to below
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 http   1.1.1.1      8080
https  1.1.1.1     443
ftp      1.1.1.1      21

so effectively it impact all other proxy services like https,ftp and socks  but as the first entry is not affected ie http

Conditions:
after disconnecting from anyconnect and when proxy setting are set on IE
