Description (partial)

Symptom:
1552 bridges registered to WLC running 7.6.130 experience transmit voice queue stuck, leading to out of Transmit buffers and thus the clients doesn't connect until we reboot the AP.. Even the Radio resets are not helping
After few mins

On the AP using show controller dot11 0/1 command we can see the transmit getting stuck and not incrementing

Transmit queues: Limit 672 Current 669 In-Progress 0 ACQ inserts 1527649211 deletes 1527649210 reins 23982 

After Few mins

Off Channel Rdy 226575 Done 0 350637 0 
Transmit queues: Limit 672 Current 669 In-Progress 0 ACQ inserts 1527649211 deletes 1527649210 reins 23982

Conditions:
When Transmit Queue is stuck on the Radio
