Symptom: A newly created Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) agent sees the default Finesse layout upon login even though the agent is a member of a team that uses a custom, non-default, layout. Conditions: This occurs intermittently when a newly created agent is assigned to a team with a custom layout.
