Description (partial)

Symptom:
hardware profile multicast soak-interval is added in 6.0(2)U3(2). The command is documented in Command Reference, but it is not documented in the Configuration Guide. This bug requests to add a section in the following Configuration Guide:
1. Configuring IGMP snooping
