Description (partial)

Symptom:
IFC is rebooted using CIMC power reboot. On reboot the system enters into fsck due to corrupted disk . 
On recovery of APIC some service crashes multiple times and stops permanently.

The DB file is corrupted and process cannot recover from the DB.
