Description (partial)

Symptom:
Calls placed to the 88XX phones do not correctly ring for Precedence calls.  Example Flash Override call plays the normal ring tone 'sunrise' plus very faintly in the background the correct Precedence MLPP ring tone.
CUCM System version: 10.5.1.10000-7
Active Load ID:  sip88xx.10-2-1-16 on the test 8861.
