Symptom: Cisco TMS Booking API (Cisco TMSBA) clients receive errors about an expired session ID, and are unable to save bookings in Cisco TMS. This is most commonly seen when using Cisco TMSXE. Conditions: The issue is specific to the new session ID license tracking mechanism that was introduced in Cisco TMS 14.4. It is triggered by connection problems between the Cisco TMSBA client (such as Cisco TMSXE) and Cisco TMS at the time the session ID changes; if the client was unable to receive the new session ID from Cisco TMS and continue using the old session ID, it can get into a situation where it can not use Cisco TMSBA.
