Symptom: DX70: Endpoint shows cap sense LED glowing even though HDMI cable was not connected to the endpoint. Conditions: Upgraded device to 10-2-3-19 build. (Inactive Load : 10-3-1KK0-184) Connect HDMI to the endpoint and check HDMI functionality. Switch back to the inactive load (10-3-1KK0-184) and apply config from the CUCM. Once the device gets the pop-up from Call manager click restart and remove the HDMI cable.
