Description (partial)

Symptom:
Can't display application window only display soft keys.

Conditions:
1. Change device pool to iSAC on phone config page.
2. Set Advertise G.722 and iSAC Codecs to enable on phone config page.
3. Make call to other phones, check call statistics is iSAC from Administrator Settings.
4. hold/resume call.
5. Press application hard key again.
Observed Result: Can't display application window only display soft keys, press "Exit" can't exit application window.
