Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCS central fails to provide the fault summary result in certain conditions.

Conditions:
If the UCS manager and Central password are different then it fails to report the results.
UCS central asks the user to confirm if the ucs manager ip is correct in a pop up and sometimes even asks to login
