Description (partial)

Exception messages appear in the tomcat logs when attempting to validate PCCE when the call manager servers are located off box, off the PCCE platform.

Symptom:
An exception is thrown and a stack trace is written to the log files when attempting to validate a PCCE deployment with the Communications Manager located off box. A side effect of this is that trace levels cannot be set using the Log Collection tool in CCE Administration.
Also the following two rules are in BLOCKED status for all servers: 
Operation->The machine mush be reachable on the network 
Operation->The inventory's credentials for the machine mush be valid.

Conditions:
An off-box Communications Manager is used with PCCE 10.5(1).
