Description (partial)

Symptom:
using 3502 monitor as RLDP, linksys AP not found as rogue on wire.
two issues here:-
#1 Cisco AP 3502 acting as RLDP client shouldn't send dhcp packet while association already failed or in process. Also, it introduces confusion in analysis.
#2 Cisco AP 3502 acting as RLDP client should try and support both long and short preamble.

Conditions:
Short/Long Preamble in use.
challenge - There is no preamble config for RLDP clients.

Root cause - Neither Linksys AP in question nor 3502 monitor mode acting as RLDP wireless client doesn't try and or accept both short and long preamble breaks the association since 3502 not trying short preamble when long fails(tries only long) and linksys can't accept long preamble(because it seem to support only short).
