Cisco Bug: CSCur68466 - Task with a scheduled start date starts before scheduled

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Scheduled task will begin before the date/time it was scheduled to start at. Note will be present in System History: "The entered start for task [task name] will be ignored. The date is prior to the earliest possible starting date.<br />" Conditions: 1. Create a Service where top level tasks execute concurrently 2. Create first task ("Task1") with a duration of 8 hours 3. Create second task ("Task2") with a scheduled start date where the start date and time is specified in a field by the user ordering the service 4. Order the service--in the scheduled start date field, specify a time less than 8 hours from the current time (say, 6 hours) In Service Manager: 5. Immediately approve the authorization task. 6. Search for Task1, and immediately complete it 7. Search for Task2--it will be "Ongoing" and the start date is several hours before the time specified in the form. Because the scheduled start date is ignored for Task2, when Task1 is completed both before the expected duration for Task1 and before the intended start date for Task2, Task2 starts before the scheduled start date/time specified by the service requestor.
