Description (partial)

Symptom:
No traffic will be forwarded across the frame-relay serial interface when there is both payload compression and map-class with QOS configured

Conditions:
Issue will be seen only in the following condition:
Serial interface  has the following configs:
-Frame-relay payload compression being configured along with
-map-class which has QOS policy associated called under the same interface where payload compression is used
