Symptom:
No callback after session expired when do directory search and end call

Conditions:
consuming the US refresh of SSO session for contact resolution, we found that there's no callback after session expired when do directory search and end call.
Steps:

1. wait sso session expired;
2. do directory search; 
3. get a incoming call.

results:
1. from step 2, there's no callback to notify search end and ssoSessionReestablishmentRequired
2. from step 3, there's no callback to pop up session expired dialog.
