Description (partial)

Symptom:
High CPU usage for multiple minutes caused by SNMP Engine process specifically. IOS router may become unresponsive.

Use "show process cpu sorted | exclude 0.00" CLI command to confirm "SNMP Engine" process is consuming most or all of the CPU usage.

Conditions:
1) Running Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.5.0 or 10.5.1 to discover IOS ISR G2 router.
2) IOS router has hundreds of dial-peers configured (confirmed for 500+ dial-peers even without any call activity)
