Description (partial)

Symptom:
No pickup alert pop up when call pickup group notification timer expired

Conditions:
Procedure:
1. Insert a call pickup group : gp1, configured parameter:
   Call Pickup Group Notification Policy: Visual Alert
   Call Pickup Group notification timer: 6
   Call Information Display For Call Pickup Group Notification:
   Enable "Calling Party Information"
   Enable "Called Party Information"
2. 2. Add primary line of phone A and B into the same group gp1;
3. Phone C places a call to phone A;
4. Check toast info on phone B after call pickup group notification timer expired.

Result:
On phone B: No toast displayed after call pickup group notification timer expired, but cucm has sent sip message to phone.
