Description (partial)

CP-78xx: Connected another call after selecting "Hold".
This issue occurred in presence of a 3rd party app

reproducing steps;
There is 2 phones (A and B) and 3 calls are incoming sequentially
Now, Phone A is connected to the 3rd call and hold this.
the phone B is connected to the 1st call, and when the 3rd call is popup by the 3rd party application,
the phone B should hold the 1st call but it seems that the phone B select the 3rd call, then the phone resume the 3rd call by push the Hold key.
