Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. There is a long (really long long space) in CSQ_Activity_Report. This may be present in many other reports too.
2. in HRC reports, every line item had the date/time stamp and report name to when it was generated.
3. Duration is expressed in seconds. Customer wants in hh:mm:ss format.
4. Date is expressed in "Day Month, Date, Year". Customer wants in dd/mm/yyyy

Conditions:
Run reports via scheduler which saves in csv format
