Description (partial)

When using CWMS 2.5 Productivity Tools and identical user e-mail address and password to access both CWMS 2.5 WebEx Site and WebEx SaaS Site, you can use "Switch Site" option to change the site you want to schedule a meeting on. 

This works fine when switching from CWMS to WebEx SaaS site (you right-click on PT, click on Switch Site, and click Log In button next to WebEx SaaS Site URL). 

However, when trying to switch from WebEx SaaS to CWMS site, you right-click on PT, click on Switch Site, but instead of Log In button next to CWMS Site URL you get an error (yellow exclamation point) stating: "WebEx Site is currently inaccessible or down for maintenance. Try again later." You have to right-click Productivity Tools and click on Sign In at that time.
