Description (partial)

In CUCILync the call history items for call which initially get sent to voicemail are stored wrong.  They display as "Voicemail" rather than the original called party.  The following are the exact steps to reproduce:

1) Call History is blank (or the person cache does not contain a user)
2) CUCILync places an outgoing call (either in desk phone mode or soft phone mode) to a user.
3) The call is not answered, instead it gets to voicemail.
4) The user Calls back eventually and the call is answered.
5) Before restarting CUCILync the Call History shows two calls correctly with the extension.  (though not resolved to a user).
6) Restart the CUCILync application and now both Call History entries display "voicemail" instead of the extension or User Name.

Typically only occurs when the first call to this user goes to voicemail.
