Known Affected Releases
Symptom: DVO enabled Jabber user whether its iOS or Android does not register with Phone services with CUCM. Jabber 10.5.1 on iOS 8.1 Jabber 10.5.1 on Android 4.1.2 / 4.4.4 Issue is reproducible only on CUCM version 8.6 and Jabber version 10.5.1. Conditions: Jabber 10.5.1 on iOS 8.1 Jabber 10.5.1 on Android 4.1.2 / 4.4.4 CUCM: 8.6.2aSU4 CUPS: 8.6.2SU3 CUCNX: 8.6.2aSU3 Issue is reproducible only on CUCM version 8.6 and Jabber version 10.5.1. Earlier versions of Jabber like (version:18.104.22.168302 / 22.214.171.124913 / 9.6.2 and also 9.7.x ) works fine with CUCM 8.6. Issue is not seen on CUCM version 10 and Jabber 10.5.1 (iOS and Android) Reset from CUCM page for Jabber Device does not work to register phone services.
