Description (partial)

The command "task crash facility sct" causes an unplanned MIO switchover. Sometimes during the MIO switchovers
the DPC card will reload because of a CARD reason DDF_TX_INT_DROPPED_FAILURE.

Sometimes "task crash facility sct" triggers will trigger a DPC card reboots because of CARD reason DDF_TX_INT_DROPPED_FAILURE.  This card failure is the result of error detection code on the DPC card being incorrectly triggered during a MIO switchover.
