Description (partial)

Symptom:
Individual cameras do not have motion recorded video when the camera is normally reporting motion activity and that activity is not exceeding the maximum event duration set on the camera's media server.

Conditions:
This can occur if the motion window configuration is not saved when manually created or adjusted, leaving the motion window set for the configuration operation, not set for the motion recording policy.  This can be seen in the motion notification log messages on the camera's Media Server; in the ims.log an incomplete motion configuration is seen when the "event source" parameter is the motion window name (e.g. V2luZG93IDA=):

A configured motion window's event source will contain 2-3 unique IDs, such as "07676b69-a8c2-4c5e-b372-55a767526774:b967ce93-a926-44ab-918b-ab087d6b0f96:null" in the example below:
