Description (partial)

Symptom:
a) DCNM LAN Client login fails with "Connection to server failed." error despite DCNM service running.
b) DCNM LAN Client goes into disconnected state (changing the window color to red) within seconds after login.
c) Invalid IP addresses (e.g. 0.0.0.0) are seen in Device Discovery History task screen ("DCNM Server Administration > Device Discovery > History") in DCNM LAN Client.

Conditions:
1) Running DCNM 6.3.x against PostgreSQL 8.4.
2) %INSTALL_DIR\dcm\jboss-as-7.2.0.Final\standalone\log\lanServer.log* are reporting "Java heap space: ajva.lang OutOfMemoryError.
3) Java HPROF memory crash dumps ("java_pidXXXX.hprof") are created under %INSTALL_DIR\dcm\jboss-as-7.2.0.Final\bin\service.
